Art Brigata was started in 2008 to be a collective of artists with the purpose of raising and promoting underground art. Whether it be by organizing, participating in, or promoting other locar art and music shows. We believe every artist has the right to be seen and heard. Art Brigata is made up of Bear and Jay Robot Destroyer, local tampa artists. Both in their mid- twenties. They grew tired of the 'art scene' not being the way they wanted. What happened to real urban art? What happened to Rock & Roll inspired art? What happened to artists not giving a damn about what anyone thinks? Launched down in Florida's 813. Sick and tired of fancy, high end galleries with paintings of palm trees and martini glasses, their goal was made to bring together a movement of artists. Armed to the teeth with blood, sweat, and ambitions ideas, both young and old. Ready to make their creative work seen and known. Our company is dedicated to "The Artist". Ready to assemble and promote shows for them. What we do is for the art and it's creator. |
